Kids Bootcamp

 


What is it? A fitness program for kids aged 6-11 years old!


When? Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:45pm-6:45pm


Cost? Free to FAMILY memberships only!


What Does the Program Involve?
A personal trainer will be leading the children through various exercises/activities. The children will be getting their heart rates up as well as working their muscles! Our main goal is to keep them moving!


Where Do I Bring My Child?
Bring your child to the auditorium hallway upstairs on the fitness floor.


Do I Have to Sign My Child Up?
At this time, there is no need to sign your child up. Just bring them to class and let them experience how fun fitness can be!

Basketball anyone?  The Park District has leagues and there is always a pickup game.

The Walking Track is a low impact way to build up your physique.
